The testing program is for evaluating pre-release OperateProperty features with test data. Please read these conditions before accepting an invitation.
Temporary access
Participation is by invitation. You receive 30 days of free access to application features in a dedicated test workspace, starting when our team activates it. Your activation notice will state the exact expiry date and any external-service limits. Acceptance alone does not activate access. There is no automatic paid conversion.
Pre-release software and data loss
The application will contain bugs and may be unavailable or behave unexpectedly. Records may be corrupted or lost, and recovery is not guaranteed. Use synthetic or anonymized test data only. Do not upload tenant personal data, collect live payments, send real tenant notices, or rely on this workspace for legal deadlines or your only copy of records.
Required feedback
Submit one honest, structured feedback report each week and a final survey, even when no issue was found. Describe tasks attempted and expected versus actual results. Redact personal information from reports and screenshots. We will send a reminder and allow seven days to respond before considering suspension for repeated missed reports. Critical feedback is welcome; positive reviews are never required.
Leaving and expiry
You may withdraw at any time by contacting hi@operateproperty.com. Access may be suspended for misuse or serious security issues. The planned exit process is 14 days of export-only access after expiry, followed by deletion under the retention schedule provided before activation. Your existing paid subscription, if any, stays separate.
Your data and feedback
You retain ownership of your data. You allow OperateProperty to use your feedback to improve the product. Public testimonials, identifiable quotes, names and logos require separate permission. We use application details and acceptance records to administer the program as described in our privacy policy.
Rights and support
Contact hi@operateproperty.com for support, withdrawal or privacy requests. No uptime or successful recovery is promised during testing. Nothing in these program terms removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. These program terms supplement the general terms and privacy policy.
