Do I have to create invoices manually?
No. Once a lease is Active, invoices are generated on schedule for its whole term. You only record payments, or tenants pay online.
Can I record cash, cheque or bank-transfer payments?
Yes. Payments recorded manually are not charged any transaction fee.
Which statuses does an invoice have?
Draft, Sent, Partial, Paid and Overdue — and you can filter by each to act on what needs attention.
