To assign a new maintenance task, simply follow the below steps
- Go to “Maintenance” > “New Maintenance”.
- Select the maintenance Employee and the property unit needing maintenance alongside the date it is assigned at.
- Tip: For quick access, you can create a new user or property unit directly from the Maintenance page under the Maintenance employee and property unit fields respectively.
- Enter the maintenance details including:
- The Maintenance type: plumbing, electrical, general repair, gas, and heating/ cooling.
- The current status: not started, in progress, resolved, on the way.
- The Maintenance priority: low, normal, high, or emergency.
- If required, you may upload images from the File Upload section.
- Add a short description of the issue to be dealt with.
- Click on “Submit Form”.
