Create new maintenance

To assign a new maintenance task, simply follow the below steps

  1. Go to “Maintenance” > “New Maintenance”.
  2. Select the maintenance Employee and the property unit needing maintenance alongside the date it is assigned at.
    • Tip: For quick access, you can create a new user or property unit directly from the Maintenance page under the Maintenance employee and property unit fields respectively.
  3. Enter the maintenance details including:
    1. The Maintenance type: plumbing, electrical, general repair, gas, and heating/ cooling.
    2. The current status: not started, in progress, resolved, on the way.
    3. The Maintenance priority: low, normal, high, or emergency.
  4. If required, you may upload images from the File Upload section.
  5. Add a short description of the issue to be dealt with.
  6. Click on “Submit Form”.
