Online transaction fees
Online rent collection via the platform is subject to a 2.5% transaction fee per payment, capped at AED 500. Fixed payment processing fees charged by Stripe are absorbed by OperateProperty.

Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any point. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Is there a free version?
All Starter plans are free with limited feature access. No credit card required.
What currency are plans billed in?
Plans are billed in AED by default. Enterprise clients can request local currency billing with an annual contract.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. Export everything in CSV and/or PDF formats before the account closes.
